1. What’s the difference between cold and warm filament colors?

Cold colors (White, Blue, Light Blue, Light Green, Green).

Warm colors (Red, Pink, Yellow, Black, Purple).

2. What is the duration required for the device to reach a complete charge?

The device requires approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to reach a full charge, providing a usage duration of 25 to 30 minutes. We do not recommend using the 3D pen while it is charging.

3. How to remove the filament from myFirst 3dPen Make?

Avoid pulling the filament from the rear. To remove it, use the eject button to reverse the filament. Failing to follow this process may result in the device getting stuck and malfunctioning.

Important Notes:

DO NOT attempt to reinsert a filament after removal. It must be snapped before reintroducing it into myFirst 3dPen Make.

DO NOT reuse expanded filaments.
