


Ingredients:
Chilli, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Corn Grits, MSG, Serai, Sugar, Benzoic Acid, Potassium Sorbate.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Chicken / meat (1.2kg), potato (300g), water (600ml), fresh thick coconut milk (200g) and a packet of A1 Instant Chicken Curry sauce. (Add only 200ml of water for thicker curry)
2. Sauce the curry sauce together with chicken / meat & potato in a pot until aromatic. Add in water. Let it boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Simmer over low heat until chicken / meat becomes tender (Approx 20 minutes).
