


Ingredients:
Black Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, MSG, Corn Grits, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Benzoic Acid & Potassium Sorbate (Permitted Preservatives).
Cooking Instructions:
1. 500g crab, garlic, onion, curry leaves and a packet of A1 Instant Black Pepper Sauce for Crab.
2. Deep fry the crab until its shell turns red, drain and move aside. Fry garlic, onion and curry leaves until fragrant. Saute A1 Instant Black Pepper Sauce together (Approx. 2 minutes). Finally add the crab and simmer in the sauce until mix well (approx. 5 minutes). Serve hot.
Note:
Other seafood or meat (eg. fillet, prawn, squid, mussel, chicken, lamb, beef ect.) can be cooked with A1 Black Pepper Sauce as well
