A1 Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices are instant seasoning made from natural ingredients and high quality herbal chicken to cook according to emperor of China's traditional recipes. Once cooked, it produces an aromatic, herbal aroma that makes you hunger for more.
Ingredients:
Panax Ginseng, Lycium Barbarum, Angelica Sinensis, Codonopsis Pilosula, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Astragalus, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Piper Nigrum, Monosodium Glutamate, Salt
cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 1 chicken (approximately 1kg), 1 packet of A1 Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices, aluminium foil, and HDPE wrapper (provided)
2. Clean chicken and remove head and feet
3. Apply Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices onto the skin and inside the body
4. Wrap the chicken HDPE wrapper followed by aluminium foil
5. Steam for about 2 hours under slow fire and ready to serve
