Ingredients:
Angelica Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Ligusticum Striatum, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Astragalus Propinquus, Codonopsis Pilosula, Dioscorea Polystachya, Cinnamomum Cassia, Piper Nigrum, Syzygium Aromaticum, Sugar, Salt
Preparations:
1 kg of chicken meat, 4 heads of garlic, 2 spoons of soya sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, pepper, salt, MSG, 8 bowls of water (1.6L) and 2 sachets of A1 Chicken Soup Spices (35g). Reduce half of the ingredients if only 0.5 kg of meat is used.
Cooking Instructions:
1) Rinse chicken meat.
2) When water is boiled, put in chicken meat and chicken soup spices and use medium heat to cook for 20 minutes.
3) Add pepper before serve.
4) It is even more tastier by using slow cooker for 5 to 6 hours.
