


Ingredients:
Angelica Pepper, Aralia Cordata, Sinensis, Cinnamon, Paurantii, Cigusticum, Ligusticum Wallichii
Preparations:
1 kg chicken meat, 2 spoons light soy sauce, 2 spoons oyster sauce, salt & MSG, 8 bowls (1.5 litres) of water
Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken meat.
2. Pour 8 bowls of water and 1 pkt of Chicken Soup Herbs to boil, then add the chicken meat. Use medium heat to cook for 30 minutes.
3. Add pepper and it is ready to be served.
4. Simmer a few more minutes for spicier flavour.
