Radiant Siam Black Rice (1kg)

Radiant Siam Black Rice is organically grown, gluten-free, rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. It has low in sodium, free of fat and cholesterol. Once cooked, the rice becomes deep dark purple with a nutty flavor and a whole grain texture.

Great for rice dishes, porridge, salad, soups and puddings.  Use 1.5 cups water to 1 cup rice. 

Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
