2️⃣ Open the pouch and remove the transparent film. Place the cooling patch on the affected area.
3️⃣ You may cut the cooling patch into sizes and shapes according to your needs.
4️⃣ Each cooling patch is recommended for single use only, to ensure best results and hygiene purpose.
