To ensure the quality and durability of your pillow, please follow the care instructions below.
Your doomoo pillow comes packed in a plastic bag. Upon first opening, you may notice a slight smell from the materials. This is normal and will quickly disappear once the pillow is placed in a well-ventilated room. The pillow is Oeko-Tex certified and safe for your health.
The cover is machine washable at 30°C.
Do not tumble dry.
The inner pillow should be hand washed. It can occasionally be machine washed at 30°C, but only inside its cover and in a laundry bag for protection.
Make sure all zippers are fully closed and the pillow is intact before washing.
After washing, remove the cover and let both the cover and pillow air dry separately.
Allow the pillow to dry completely in the open air, gently redistributing the beads during drying.
Refillable with separate microbeads.
After a certain time of use it is possible, and absolutely normal, that the microballs inside the doomoo Softy start to flatten. Therefore, we have refills of 10 litres polystyrene microballs available for order with your retailer.
