How to use: Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers and thumb until it is oily. Then massage baby’s abdomen in a clockwise motion following a circle around the belly button. Allow at least 20 minutes after last feed before massaging your baby.

For tummy uneasiness – Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers and thumb until it is oily. Then massage your abdomen in a clockwise motion, following a circle around the belly button.
For headache – Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers and thumb until it is oily. Then apply it to your temples.
For nose blockages – Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers and thumb until it is oily. Then apply it onto the philtrum.
