


Ingredients:
Chilli, Onion, Vegetable oil, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Corn Grits, MSG, Lemongrass, Sugar, Benzoic Acid & Potassium Sorbet (Permitted Preservatives)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Fish (600g), vegetable, lady's finger, tomato and brinjal (100g), water (450ml), fresh thick coconut milk (120g) and a packet of A1 instant curry sauce.
2. Sauce the curry sauce together with the vegetable in a pot until aromatic. Add in water. Let it boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Simmer over heat until fish is cooked (Approx 15 minutes).
