


Ingredients:
Chili, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Lemongrass, Salt, Sugar, MSG, Corn Starch, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Vinegar, Benzoic Acid, & Potassium Sorbate (Permitted Preservatives).
Cooking Instructions:
1. 500g crab, 1 egg (lightly beaten), 200ml water and a packet of A1 Chilli Crab Sauce.
2. Deep fry the crab until its shell turns red, drain and move aside. Saute A1 Chilli Crab Sauce together with water. Bring to boil. Add the crab and simmer in the sauce until mix well (about 5 minutes). Finally add the egg in and do a quick stir. Serve hot.
Note:
Prawn or other seafood can be cooked with A1 Chilli Crab Sauce as well
